Dev Control does not send this for you. the Claude CLI has no send or message command, and the two channels that exist - the session messaging socket and tmux send-keys - are both an arbitrary shell where the input is the command; Dev Control will not type into a live session from a browser

BULGAR City: browser 3D workplace city demo (Vite 8, React Three Fiber, Rapier; npm workspaces). Default branch demo/overnight-build; main is the untouched starter kit. Production on Vercel (Bulgar team, project bulgar-city): https://bulgar-city.vercel.app, deployed from the PC with the CLI; not Git-connected, so pushes do not redeploy. Credential-free Linux build proven on Vercel; typecheck, 74 unit tests and the Playwright gameplay flow pass on the PC. Not built on this droplet (memory). No start_command, so no preview port is pinned. Tests: npm test (Vitest); browser checks in tests/*.mjs need msedge.
