BULGAR Command — five minute review

Switch to Command first. Settings → Interface → BULGAR Command. SG is still the default, so without this you are reviewing the old shell and nothing will look changed.

What changed

One unified Work queue instead of two worlds. A calendar whose header count matches what the grid actually shows. A phone rail that does not clip its own buttons. A logout control in Command, which had none.

The path

1. Home — the counts are links. Tap one; it should land you in the queue holding exactly those rows, already filtered.
2. Work — one table, not a board plus a table plus a jobs tab. The chips count the whole queue. The header reads visible / total, so it cannot disagree with what is under it.
3. Calendar — the number in the header and the events in the grid must agree. Page forward a month: it should move a month, not redraw the one you are on.
4. Client — open one. The tabs are in the URL, so a link to a tab works.
5. Inbox — buckets are real lead states, each with a plain-English meaning.
6. On your phone — Home, then Work. The create button should not be under the search box. Tables should stack, not truncate mid-word.
7. Logout — top of the rail. It should return you to the login screen.

What is deliberately unchanged

About 35 of ~50 admin screens are still the old markup wearing Command's colours — Settings, Invoices, Stripe, Email, Notifications, QR, Retainers, Single Projects, the Clients list, Pipeline, DNA, Hermes and most of AI Studio. That is Batch 2 and it has not started. They are coherent, not finished.

/admin/blueprint is intentionally not redesigned.

There is no capacity model, no health score, no channel or unread field on leads, no progress field on deliverables. Those numbers are absent rather than invented.

Known, not fixed here

/admin/review and /admin/hermes are not in the Command rail. Reach them by URL or Cmd-K.
